Data Governance Analyst II

Role Overview

Supports and advances The Bancorp Bank’s enterprise data governance program by driving activities that ensure accuracy, quality, and appropriate use of the bank’s data assets. This role is suited for professionals with foundational experience who can operate with increasing independence while collaborating across business, technology, and risk teams.

What You Will Do

Contributes to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance practices, executes data quality monitoring, issue management, and remediation activities, and maintains and enhances data catalogs and metadata repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data governance, data management, analytics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, metadata, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with or exposure to data tools such as data catalogs, data warehouses, transformation tools, or reporting platforms
• Familiarity with or interest in data automation, AI/ML concepts, and AI-assisted analytics tools
