Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems or related field (graduated or truncated)
- 5 years of experience working in Technical Support
- 3+ years of experience supporting computer networks and communications
- 5+ years of experience supporting mobile phones
- 5+ years of experience supporting PCs Windows
- 5+ years of experience supporting Office
- 5+ years of experience supporting Windows Servers
- 2+ years of experience with Active Directory
- 2+ years of experience with Databases
- 5+ years of experience providing Remote Support
- 2+ years of experience configuring telephone switches
- 3+ years of experience maintaining pages with Wordpress
