The Credentialing Specialist coordinates and prepares medical staff functions, prepares for committee meetings, and assists with the development and implementation of the credentialing and privileging process. Responsibilities include coordinating credentialing activities, preparing documentation, and maintaining tracking systems. The specialist must also maintain confidentiality and provide administrative support to medical staff committees and departments.
