Job Description
The practice of nursing requires specialized knowledge, judgment, and skills to provide care to patients and families. This RN role focuses on building partnerships between patients and families and the healthcare team, promoting patient and family centered care based on the TCH model of care. This position requires strong assessment and evaluation skills, ensuring culturally appropriate and age-specific care.
