Pharmacy Technician

The Pharmacy Technician II provides support to pharmacists and managers in all aspects of providing pharmacy services. They work with minimal supervision and guidance, and have demonstrated a high level of initiative and motivation. They are responsible for preparing medications, customer service, and coordinating 3rd party claims.

Requirements

• Prepare medications according to prescription or physician order
• Provide excellent customer service
• Accurately and efficiently fill prescriptions
• Troubleshoot problems
• Maintain a safe environment according to policy and procedure
• Maintain the department in a neat, clean and orderly manner
