The Program Coordinator and Evening Exam Proctor will support student success by coordinating programs that promote accessibility and inclusion while ensuring the effective delivery of evening testing services. This collaborative role will partner with colleagues across campus, contribute to training and program initiatives, and help foster a supportive community that advances equitable access to education.
Requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and implement educational programs, workshops, and events that promote access, inclusion, disability awareness, and equitable participation for students, faculty, and staff.
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling, space coordination, materials preparation, and communication with participants and stakeholders.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through attendance tracking, participant feedback, and assessment tools; analyze outcomes to inform continuous improvement of future programming.
- Support the development and facilitation of training sessions for faculty, staff, and student employees related to accommodations, testing practices, and inclusive learning environments.
- Provide exam proctoring support by preparing previously approved exam requests, coordinating with faculty to obtain and return exams, and administering examinations in accordance with established procedures.
