Workday Payroll Analyst

The Workday Payroll Analyst will work on projects and requests in support of and to meet the operational needs of The Claremont Colleges (TCC) in the areas of security, functional or operational business support, and compliance/audit for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and other related business systems.

Requirements

• Interpret HR/Payroll functional customer requests and translate them into logical, configurable solutions in Workday HCM supported by clear and thorough documentation
• Provide daily customer support to The Claremont Colleges by responding to and closing out tickets and by resolving issues as they arise
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of Claremont, the Consortium, and Payroll and HR's role within it
