The Collecting Group is seeking a Head of Australia & New Zealand to drive sustained regional growth and ensure the seamless operation of the company across Australia and New Zealand.
Requirements
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills and experience of training and supervising new staff both face to face and in other jurisdictions.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Keen interest in cars of all genres and eras.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of how the collector car market operates.
- Experience in leading campaigns across similar regions.
- Having a demonstrable network of existing contacts/customers.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- A proven track record of business development and growth in previous roles.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced rapidly growing business.
- A degree or similar qualification in a complementary practice area such as business management or marketing is desirable. Alternatively, demonstrable experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce and exposure to AI tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
