Early Childhood Education Teachers (Early Applicant Pool for SY 2026-2027)

Early Childhood Education Teachers sought to work with students and teams, providing rigorous academic program and social, emotional, and holistic well-being investment. Teachers deliver high-quality curriculum and instruction, participate in professional development, and collaborate with teams to promote student success.

Requirements

• Deliver rich content with a focus on building oral language and comprehension skills
• Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to analyze data, plan for culminating projects and lessons, and differentiate instruction
• Develop a strong classroom culture that is built on a foundation of respect, care, and high expectations, often within a co-teaching model
• Create a safe, equitable, and inclusive learning environment while applying research-based curricula and social-emotional strategies to support the holistic child
• Use formative and summative data to determine students' needs and create action plans for student success in collaboration with grade level and administrative team
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Attend key whole-school events (i.e., Back to School Nights and Family Conferences)
• Participate in two-week training in the summer, and during the school year, participate in a year-long professional development series during early release days
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
