Job Description
This role offers flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and split shifts. Banquet Servers/Bartenders with previous experience are encouraged, and candidates with the right personality are willing to be trained. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, assisting managers, and maintaining cleanliness of event spaces.
Requirements
- Education and/or Experience
- Previous fine dining and/or banquet experience
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, English)
- Minimum 2 years of Banquet Server experience
- Knowledge of kitchen and banquet equipment
- Good communication skills and a dynamic personality
- Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcohol
- Licenses preferred (Alcohol beverage certification)
