The Assistant Building Manager will support the day-to-day management of one or more urban assets within The Crown Estate's London portfolio, delivering best-in-class facilities services and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience within Facilities Management, property, or a related environment (minimum 2 years)
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build effective relationships
• Good working knowledge of health & safety, compliance and operational risk
