The Leasing and Tender Director is responsible for designing and delivering tender and leasing activity across Marine sectors, with a focus on commercial and technical aspects of The Crown Estate’s Offshore Wind leasing rounds.

Requirements

• Leasing & Tender Experience
• Experience in the offshore wind industry
• Up-to-date knowledge of the UK offshore wind sector
• Knowledge of the wider UK energy market
• In-depth understanding of tender processes
• Previous leadership and management responsibility
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Robust experience in risk management and compliance
