Job description
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Multifamily loan origination team based out of New York City. This position provides organizational and analytical support to an Origination Team that delivers various agency and proprietary debt products to multifamily clients.
Receive and organize information from clients, input property financials into Excel financial models, research market data and analyze property operations, provide recommendations and proposals for ideal debt solution, track timing and stages of each transaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong organizational/project-management skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, driven and innovative team-player who is focused on results.
