Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Hagerman is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Construction to lead projects from planning to close-out, build trusted relationships with clients and teams, and mentor project staff.

Requirements

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Serve as primary point of contact for Owners and design partners
• Coordinate with Estimating, Superintendents, Accounting, and Field teams
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Develop and manage project plans, logistics, schedules, and procurement strategies
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection
• Facilitate job progress meetings
• Monitor job costs, approve invoices, and manage financial performance
• Champion a proactive safety culture
• Guide project close-out activities
• Mentor and support project staff
• Support business development efforts
