Finance Director

The HeadHunter Group is seeking a Finance Director to oversee all financial activities of the company, develop and implement financial strategies, and manage the company's budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and at least 15 years of experience in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in financial software and tools
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
