Director, Field Programs

The Herald Group is looking for a Director, Field Programs with strong knowledge of issue advocacy, public affairs, and strategic communications to develop and implement grassroots and localized communications strategies.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of public policy communications experience managing or directing field teams and programs.
• Strong understanding of grassroots and grasstops field campaigns, while managing the profitability and functions of field team engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and accounts at the same time and handle day-to-day team management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed reporting.
