Job Description
Hinckley Yacht Services is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join their team in Baybridge and Easton, MD. This position involves performing complex mechanical repairs and installs on marine diesel engines, including Hamilton water jets, Yanmar engines, Volvo Penta, Cummins, and FPT. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to manage projects, and capable of writing condition reports.
Requirements
- Comfort working on all boat systems (Hamilton, water jets, engines)
- Familiarity with onboard plumbing, hydraulics systems, troubleshooting
- Experience with mechanical systems installations
- Ability to write condition reports
- Project management skills
- Ability to lead small work teams
