Job Description
The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in McCall, Idaho. The Maintenance Technician will assist with the maintenance of the complex and perform various tasks including repairs, groundskeeping, and apartment turns.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of building maintenance including Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Groundskeeping
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up
- Adherence to safety policies and procedures
- Familiarity with and adherence to all applicable Fair Housing Laws
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
