Maintenance Technician

The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in McCall, Idaho. The Maintenance Technician will assist with the maintenance of the complex and perform various tasks including repairs, groundskeeping, and apartment turns.

Requirements

• Basic working knowledge of building maintenance including Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, and Groundskeeping
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
• Highly motivated and positive attitude
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures
• Familiarity with and adherence to all applicable Fair Housing Laws
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
