Maintenance Technician - We Will Train!

We are looking for a motivated individual to work as a Maintenance Technician at the Diamond Court Apartments in Chubbuck, Idaho. No prior experience necessary, we will provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through on commitments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Ability to answer and respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls on a company provided cell phone
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
