The Human Resource Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full cycle of Human Resources while managing a team of experienced HR professionals.
Be a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and individual team members to help them deliver their best work every single day and coach on a variety of people issues. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring they understand and effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities and provide guidance in their professional growth and development.
Ability to successfully monitor the 'pulse' of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. Strong experience with (and interest in) coaching and developing employees and managers.
