The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington seeks a detail-oriented and reliable Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of events that bring our community together and advance our work.
Requirements
- Coordinate event logistics, materials, and setup from planning through execution
- Track details and ensure all elements are ready ahead of deadlines
- Prepare materials, run-of-show elements, and documentation
- Assist with vendor coordination and on-site logistics
- Execute setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Transport and manage event materials and equipment
- Identify and address issues early to keep execution on track
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event readiness
