The Associate Director of Enterprise Technology is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the university's core enterprise technology platforms and infrastructure. This position serves as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, endpoint management, and enterprise productivity systems.

- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant
- Manage Azure Active Directory and on-premises Active Directory
- Administer Cayosoft for Active Directory automation and governance
- Administer Intune for device enrollment and compliance policies
- Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Administer SSO configurations across enterprise and academic platforms
- Administer AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Manage Power Automate workflows to automate business processes
- Administer and maintain university-wide Zoom platform
- Administer Slack
- Manage enterprise printing infrastructure using uniFLOW Online Cloud
- Administer NinjaOne for Windows endpoint management
- Provide classroom technology support
- Serve as the escalation point for help desk tickets related to enterprise systems
