Associate Program Director – Doctoral

The Associate Program Director—Doctoral position is a resident faculty appointment with responsibilities divided equally between teaching and administrative leadership, serving as the Doctor of Ministry Coordinator. The position supports the Program Director with general administrative oversight, academic operations, and the integration of teacher/pastor theology within the program.

Requirements

• Assist in the development and evaluation of program curriculum, course sequencing, and degree requirements.
• Help foster an environment that supports the intellectual, spiritual, ethical, and professional growth of faculty and staff.
• Support the integration of teacher/pastor theology in faculty and staff activities.
