Customer Care representative, EMEA for a world leading technology company. Responsibilities include building and maintaining sales order relationships with customers, ensuring customer information is accurate, and resolving pre-booking holds.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and any EMEA language (ideally French, German, Spanish or Italian)
- Previous customer service experience
- Some experience in a technological environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Previous experience with Oracle system (advantageous)
