We are looking for a CRM Administrator to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, with Close and Recruiterflow as the core platforms. The role involves day-to-day management, optimization, and development of our CRM platforms, ensuring leads reach our sales and recruitment teams efficiently, accurately, and at scale.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a CRM, sales support, or an administrative role
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce, is preferable
- Strong organisational skills, with experience handling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for internal coordination and customer-facing responses
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience in finance, recruitment, staffing, B2B sales or professional services
- Basic understanding of sales and recruitment funnels
- Experience supporting or enabling teams through systems and process change
- Experience working remotely or in distributed teams (preferred)
