Job Description
Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining the product roadmap, gathering and refining requirements, and collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine product requirements
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features on time
- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
- Align product features with customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility
- Share product updates and releases with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Analyse performance metrics and user insights to inform decision-making
