Join a leading professional services firm as a Tax Compliance Lead. Ensure the firm's tax department delivers exceptional compliance services and lead a team of compliance officers. Manage SARS-related matters, oversee tax submissions, and act as a technical mentor.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise the tax compliance team
- Review complex Income Tax and Provisional Tax submissions
- Manage SARS-related matters
- Oversee GreatSoft tax administration
- Conduct and review detailed tax calculations, reconciliations, and compliance reports
- Consult with clients regarding tax queries, updates, and compliance best practices
- Liaise with SARS to resolve disputes, manage taxpayer information, and track refunds/payments
- Monitor compliance dashboards and report progress and risks to partners
- Mentor junior team members and SAIT learners
- Ensure adherence to firm quality standards and relevant professional codes
