Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in yacht-building or similar marine environments
• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering preferred
• Familiarity with superyacht systems including hydraulics, PLCs, HVAC, and water makers
• Exposure to high-voltage DC (e.g., 650VDC) and hybrid propulsion systems is a strong advantage
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Clear communicator with solid technical documentation and coordination abilities
• Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Open to working overtime and responding to project needs dynamically
• Comfortable in a multicultural, high-performance setting
