Superintendent - Multifamily

Superintendent - Multifamily role at Lewis Group of Companies involves ensuring quality control for project construction, partnering with contractors and inspectors, and collaborating with Property Management. The role reports to the General Superintendent, Multifamily, and works on projects throughout Southern California.

Requirements

• 7+ years of superintendent experience for a general contractor or homebuilder
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient at reading and interpreting architectural & engineering plans
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Bluebeam
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
