Server PT
High school graduate, some college preferred, at least 1 year of experience as a server in a fine dining environment
Kitchen Steward Supervisor
High school degree, 5 years experience in stewarding, kitchen maintenance, kitchen operations, or a similar job category, preferably in Hospitality
Mechanic
High school degree. 2-3 years of experience in mechanical repairs
Assistant Chief Engineer
High school graduate, 2 years technical knowledge, valid California Drivers License, knowledge of high voltage maintenance
