Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

The Michaels Organization is a national leader in residential real estate offering full-service capabilities in development, property management, construction, and investment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform various maintenance duties for residential units, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, cleaning units and grounds for inspections and new occupancy.

What You Will Do

Perform basic electrical repairs, light plumbing work, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance tasks. Assist in custodial and grounds work, respond to work orders, and complete make-ready process of vacant apartments.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum maintenance work experience
• High School Diploma and training or experience in carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, air-conditioning
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
