Job description
The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Perform basic and advanced HVAC repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry work, painting, and other maintenance tasks to residential heating and cooling systems, appliances, fixtures, and common areas.
Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and applicable regulations, provide exceptional customer service, and work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment.
