MS365 Technical Business Analyst

Identifies, defines, and maintains business processes and user requirements to support The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine's information technology services and tools. Serves as a liaison between business users and Microsoft 365 administrators to optimize platform usage and solutions.
