HR Business Partner

At The New York Foundling, we are seeking an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Requirements

• Two years of experience in human resources or benefits coordination
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within short deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
