Requirements
- Reports to assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor
- Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed
- Conducts assessments and provides direct clinical treatment
- Maintains clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts
- Participates in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings
- Builds relationships with community stakeholders
- Manages extensive documentation requirements
- Adopts a strength-focused approach with families and stakeholders
- Attends weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings
- Manages extensive travel requirements
- Provides 24/7 coverage during the week and participates on a weekend on-call rotational schedule
- Adheres to The Foundling's employee policies, Code of Conduct and applicable rules, laws, regulations or bargaining agreements
