The Director, International Tax role involves international tax planning, compliance, and oversight for The New York Times. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the international tax function, managing a team of two and working on multiple international tax projects.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in international tax, including experience in international tax planning and experience in a public accounting firm
- Extensive technical tax knowledge and advisory experience
- Knowledge of check-the-box election planning and permanent establishment issues
- Experience in international tax reporting and compliance, including FDII, GILTI and foreign tax credit calculations
