Talent Acquisition Specialist - Executive Recruiting

As the Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, Executive Recruiting, you will create numerous efficiencies through support, develop interview agendas, and oversee Workday requisition and reporting processes. You will work with the Senior Manager to develop external engagement strategies and partner with Executive Recruiters to source proactive candidates.

Requirements

• Experience supporting an Executive Talent Acquisition function or similarly structured team
• Minimum of 7+ years working with leaders at the Vice President and above levels
• Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
• Strong proficiency in using AI and technology automation to drive efficiencies in recruiting processes
• Proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet, solve problems and take action
• Excellent, demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
