The Head of TNC Energy Fieldworks will lead the company's Nuclear Services organization, providing strategic and operational leadership for the delivery of skilled craft labor and specialized services to nuclear generating stations.

Requirements

• Establish and lead the TNC Energy Fieldworks organization
• Develop the strategic vision and organizational structure for delivery
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Provide qualified craft labor and technical resources to support outages and maintenance activities
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with national and local building trades unions and labor organizations
• Represent the company with industry organizations and nuclear stakeholders
