Lower School Academic Interventionist

The Academic Interventionist plays a key role in shaping the hearts and minds of young learners, collaborating with teachers to identify student needs and develop best practices for academic growth.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Head of School, Director of K-2, Director of RTI, and lead teachers to identify student needs and develop best practices
• Assist teachers with data collection and analysis
• Teach targeted literacy and math interventions to individual and small groups of students
• Coordinate site testing
• Attend professional development to enhance knowledge of pedagogy and content
