Staff Nurse - Cardiac and Vascular Surgery Unit

The Staff Nurse provides patient care and supportive services in the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery Unit at Ross Heart Hospital. The nurse assesses, prescribes, implements, coordinates, delegates, and evaluates patient care, prioritizing needs and leading the patient care team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing
• Current Ohio license or interim permit
• Previous experience in a relevant care setting preferred
• Maintains and seeks new knowledge related to evidence based practice, patient care issues, quality improvement, cost reduction, current policies, procedures, and protocols
