Residential Services Technician

The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a Residential Services Technician to provide direct support to adults living with mental illness in a trauma-informed environment. The position involves providing general support for daily living activities, supporting treatment goals, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. A Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1) certification is required within 1 year of employment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training in mental health preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft office preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required
• Flexible schedule required
• Ability to work in a team environment required
