Event Technology Project Manager

Opus Agency is seeking an Event Technology Project Manager to lead and consult on medium to large scale in-person and/or digital events, including marquis events with 10,000+ attendees. The role is responsible for project managing event registration and digital platforms, working with clients and stakeholders to build effective event experiences, and overseeing vendors and the attendee registration process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in corporate events
• Proven experience in registration management on events from discovery to execution
• Preferred experience with event management tools such as Rainfocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, Airtable
