Job description
As the Lead Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to assure total quality of all engineering efforts. You will lead, motivate, and manage engineering responsibilities for the Air Base Operations.
Manage various engineering activities, including product design & testing, prototyping, first article production management, RFQs, bill of material (BOM) set up & maintenance, and engineering change notice (ECN) management.
You will lead multi-disciplined engineering teams, establish quality on all work performed, and determine labor, resource, and financial needs of the engineering department.
