
Job description
As the Project Manager (Facilities), you will have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless support continuity during personnel transitions, serving as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), and senior Government stakeholders, and leading the implementation and oversight of the contract Transition Plan.
You will manage the execution of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and maintain performance metrics, act as the on-site liaison for formal communications with clients and government personnel, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, review and improve operational systems, procedures, and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and oversee environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance.
You will identify and implement process improvements for cost-effectiveness and service delivery, manage quality assurance for maintenance, repair, and service operations to ensure contract compliance, and verify accuracy and timeliness of all required project and management reports.
