Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management | Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Pain Management team in Bullhead City, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a balanced, outpatient-focused schedule in a supportive and collegial environment.

Requirements

• Conduct patient evaluations, review medical and pharmacy histories, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication therapy and coordinate interventional procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interventional pain physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Practice Fusion EMR system.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding pain management strategies and treatment expectations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
