
Job description
As a Project Manager, you will lead technically complex projects that build stronger, more resilient communities. You will oversee the budget, coordinate project personnel, and maintain a production schedule to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Manage all aspects of a single project, including construction, budget, and cash management. Develop and manage the project schedule, pay estimates, and staffing requirements. Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to align project goals with owner expectations.
10+ years of experience in construction project management and 5+ years of experience in managing personnel required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field highly regarded. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to identify, track, and manage project risk.
