Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist Night Cross Cover (Nights: 3 on/6 off) 154541

The Queen's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist Night Cross Cover to support the care of patients during their stay in the hospital. The focus is internal medicine, and the APP will review patient records, consult with physicians, and perform a comprehensive history and physical examination. The APP will also work with nurses and other healthcare professionals to design and coordinate an individual treatment plan for each patient.

Requirements

• Current Hawaii State license as an APRN or Physician Assistant in good standing
• Board certification in one of the following: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP), Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
• Two years of nursing experience or completion of an APRN Fellowship Program (for APRN positions)
• One year of clinical experience as an APRN or Physician Assistant (preferred)
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
