We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to maintain the interior and exterior of our facility and grounds, ensuring the integrity of the facility and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of professional experience and training in repair contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facility cleaning, and related areas
- Ability to respond to emergent situations and use good judgment in addressing and reporting them
- Ability to be a team player and interact with diverse groups of employees, clients, and management team
