Under the general direction of the Education Manager, the B&G Club Program Aide serves as receptionist, front desk monitor and administrative support, providing clerical duties and an exceptional customer service experience.
Requirements
- Answers telephone in a courteous and tactful manner
- Resolves or refers concerns and complaints promptly
- Represents The Salvation Army in a professional and positive manner
- Maintains a neat and orderly appearance of the front desk area
- Ensures safe, socially appropriate behavior of youth
- Assists with the coordination of membership enrollment, summer camp registration, and program activities
- Maintains an updated master calendar of all programs, classes, events, and facility reservations
- Compiles and enters statistical data related to membership, programs and administrative records
- Receives, receipts and posts monies for the Club
- Maintains inventory and restocking of office supplies
- Ability to interact with children and teens with patience and respect
- Ability to prepare and maintain records and reports in an accurate and complete manner
- Ability to operate and generally maintain all office equipment
