At The Social Hub, we are committed to the growth and development of people. The People Experience department is providing an internship position for a talented Learning & Development passionate in our TSH Academy (Learning & Development team) from September 2026 for 5 to 12 months.
Requirements
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for team members across all levels of the organization.
- Leverage our new Learning Management System (LMS) and support with the implementation of new processes, creation of automations and troubleshooting where needed to optimize training coordination.
- Schedule and organize training sessions, such as global onboardings, from A to Z.
- Support the creation and development of learning materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, and other resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to help assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Participate and support in ongoing team projects.
- Conduct research on current L&D trends to help keep our team informed and innovative.
